Returns and Exchanges
All items sold on this site are made and purchased with high inspection quality standards. If there is any defect please notify us within 1 day upon receipt of merchandise. If there is a defect or damage we will send a label in order to return the defective item and ship out a new replacement item of same size / style (if it is in stock.) If the item is not in stock you will be refunded in full upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.
*** All Returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. *** As some bracelets are custom made each article will have a different look than some of the items photographed due to wrist sizes ordered and those taken in the picture. For bracelets there is a 2 month limited warranty. If for any reason the bracelet were to malfunction you may send back all components (buyer's expense) back in a baggie and it will be reassembled again per original specifications and shipped back at no cost (shippers expense). After 2 months bracelets are no longer subject to the warranty and it is not the responsibility of Moorganstern to repair or fix any bracelet after this period. All shipping expenses for returns and exchanges and repairs (if any necessary) for custom jewelry will be the responsibility of the buyer unless it were defective or damaged. ***
*** For all bracelets that are ordered that are not custom made, they may be returned within 5 days if you are not fully satisfied with them. It will be the buyers expense to ship back the item in question for a return or exchange and a credit will be issued upon inspection of the item. ***
*** All sunglasses are final sale and may not be returned but may be exchanged only for a pair of equal or lesser value. ***
Only if a pair of sunglasses arrives in a damage state may a refund be initiated if an exchange is not wanted. Such a happen would then fall under the 1 day clause listed above.
